    Hoping for reviews of Kate Ekman's Sunday teen group. Has your teen found the meetings helpful? Do they report feeling safe to speak openly there?

    My teen has had a good experience with Kate Ekman's confidence club. She felt safe speaking there and she especially liked relating to the other teens. She found them supportive.

    We are considering enrolling our 10-year-old in the Confidence Club anxiety group run by Dr. Kate Ekman. Has anyone had experiences with this group or other groups run by Dr. Ekman?
