Dr. Escalante recently moved his office to El Cerrito. 901 Kearny, 526-1381. He does very good crown work as well as caps. I think he teaches or has taught crowns at UCSF dental school. tadashin

This is just to let you know about a wonderful El Cerrito dentist--Dr. Aaron Escalante. My family dentist retired a few years ago and I had been searching for someone I could trust and not dread going to. I first went to Dr. Escalante a year or so ago when he was a partner in a Kensington practice and my whole family goes to him now that he has established his own practice at 901 Kearny in El Cerrito (not far from Moeser Lane.) Not only am I impressed by Dr. Escalante's professionalism and that of his staff, he is extremely kind, gentle, and responsive. He has proven that he will not perform expensive procedures unless they are absolutely necessary, and that he will go out of his way to accommodate a patient's preferences. I happen to hate the after effects of novacaine, and he's found a way to reduce them. So if you're searching for a new dentist, you might want to give him a try: 510 526-1381. We have been happy with Dr Jabari at Wisteria Dentistry. She took over Dr Escalante’s practice upon his retirement. She is located at 901 Kearney St, El Cerrito (510)526-1381. Dr Jabari is very kind and thorough as is her staff. Highly recommend.
