Where to donate baby stuff

I have lots of good quality baby items that I can't seem to sell or give away. Any suggestions of places I can donate to? I know I could go to Goodwill, but I'd like to be able to pass them on to moms in need.

Loved Twice— a charity in Oakland just for that. https://lovedtwice.org/

I've been looking into the same. A good option found is the Women's Homeless Prenatal Program in SF.

You'll probably get lots of recommendations for them, but BANANAS on Claremont (https://bananasbunch.org/donate/other-ways-to-give/) is a good place to donate baby things to help moms in need. Loved Twice (https://lovedtwice.org/) is another option - they only take newborn clothes and blankets, while BANANAS takes a wider range of things.

More detail of what you want to donate would be useful, but in general, Bananas is a good place for lots of things.  Both families and child care providers can take what they need.

I find a lot of parents looking on the “buy nothing [nrighborhood]” group on Facebook! I belong to the “buy nothing north oakland” group and there are always families in need. The rec room in Berkeley on Adeline is a community play room for toddlers and they also would love toys and other baby items.

RE:

what items are you trying to sell/give away? you could post them on BPN if you haven't already tried that.

RE:

Facebook, next door & craigslist. There are lots of families in need out there.

Bananas On Claremont in Oakland. It's easy. And they help families and caregivers in lots of great ways.
