Programs operated by a nonprofit that are free at all times for all participants
Programs operated by parent volunteers that are free or very low cost, such as scouting, some sports teams, parent groups
Small Group Program
No more than 24 participants at a time can be enrolled
Medium Group Program
25-80 participants can be enrolled
Large Group Program
More than 80 participants can be enrolled; or
Online class or workshop that does not have a published maximum enrollment; or
Overnight camp, travel program, or other residency program; or
Counseling, advising, or therapeutic support is a core part of your program, such as coming-of-age groups, social skills programs, college advising, facilitated support groups
