We are very happy we found Inga. My son came to Inga's home when he was 14 months old. Inga is a incrediable women and my son got used to her place just after a few days. My son is very happy there everyday and always enjoyed the indoor and outdoor time. Inga has a very large, beautiful and safe yard, where the kids could have enough outside playtime every day. Inga is very kind, flexible and easy to communicate with. The kid's house is a small daycare (around 5-6 kids), but very diverse. I heard a lot of kids will get sick very frequently when they go to the daycare or school for the first time, which bothers parents very much. However, the kids at Inga's home rarely got sick, which really surprized me. When my son went to Inga's home at first, he was shy and doesn't like people to hug him. But now, just after a few months later in daycare, he likes to hug his freinds at daycare everyday. My son could understand in english and russian, and began to say more words in english and russian. The kid's house is a place you denifitely will feel safe to put your kids there.

We have loved having our daughter at Kid's house. Inga is warm and loving. We have been surprised at how much our daughter has learned. She knew the whole alphabet well before she was 2 years old. She even got her to go down for a nap on her own in the crib (something we tried to do for months without success). Inga is accommodating to schedule shifts and our vegan diet. She communicates with us during the day if needed and sends updates to all of the parents. As first time parents sending our daughter to daycare during a pandemic, we were picky about daycares. Inga has exceeded all expectations.

My son has attended Kids' house for three years, and he and all our family felt safe, loved, and well cared for. The daycare is small, very diverse, and home-like; they celebrate holidays and birthdays by inviting all parents to connect. Inga's is very flexible and helps with each kid's need. With pandemia, I had to spend more time at work: and Inga's prepared my son for kindergarten. He knows his alphabet in Russian and English, counts to 100, and can do simple addition and subtractions up to 10 in both languages. I can wholeheartedly recommend Kids House.

Adding to the chorus of positive reviews, because we feel so lucky that we found Inga!  We found Kids House here - on BPN - after trying to find something after a negative experience with a nanny share. When I was looking for daycare for my son he was 18months and I was hypervigilant and nervous about leaving him with anyone again (like most parents are).  Kids House was a hidden gem that quickly put my anxiety to rest.  It's a super small daycare, and early on it was clear how much Inga cares about the kids she teaches and how warm and loving the environment is. My son started as the youngest kid there, and Inga and his Kids House friends have helped him increase his vocabulary (he's improved is English, French, Spanish, and Russian!), supported him through potty training (yay for now being diapers free at 2!), and helped him get a consistent nap schedule (which was a struggle for him at home).  Inga is a fantastic communicator and is extremely flexible, generous, and conscientious - working with each family for their needs, even during the difficult pandemic season (the kids have all learned to wear their masks :).  It's really a treasure to have such a community from a daycare, and it's really a testament to Inga.  Kids House is highly recommended and we would be more than happy to answer any questions that you might have!

We love our daycare in El Cerrito, Kid's House. I think Inga will have openings by the fall. She takes up to 6 kids but they have to be walking (like 1y/o+.) The oldest kid there now is 4 and will be turning 5 this summer and starting school in the Fall.

This is a gem of a daycare, we couldn't be more pleased that we found Inga! Our toddler started when he was 18 months old and has absolutely thrived under her care. Kids House hits all of the basic requirements easily: clean, safe home, flexible hours, lots of well-supervised outdoor time for the kids, helping with potty-training, etc. But Inga is what makes this place truly special. She gives so much love to each child, making sure they understand how special and wonderful each of them is. She encourages their growth through fun, educational activities, and teaches them manners. We are a multilingual home but do not speak Russian, and yet she has been able to teach our son basic Russian. He comes back home with new knowledge every day whether it be a new song or new vocabulary. We know that he is in goods hands and never worry about him when he's with Inga. She is also incredibly generous, inviting everyone to her home for special celebrations like birthdays and holidays. We highly recommend Inga for your daycare needs and are happy to talk to answer questions for those looking for a spot for their children.

Our 18-month old daughter started attending Kids’ House with Inga this past summer when we moved from out of town. She was previously at a larger daycare center with many classrooms and teachers and we had some doubts about moving to a home-based daycare, but not many options. However, ever since our initial visit to meet Inga, our daughter has loved being at Kids’ House. She’s the youngest one there and has learned and grown so much in a short time. Within just a couple weeks our daughter totally adjusted and even started  running to Inga’s arms when we got there. When we pick her up she is clean and happy and well fed. Inga is so generous with her time in her home and her love for the kids. Her apartment complex is great because the kids have their own little protected playground that they go play on every day. Inga’s two daughters and her husband are there in the afternoon and are so sweet with the kids. At the end of the day Inga gives a verbal report about how the day went. We highly recommend Kids’ House and would be happy to chat to answer any more questions.

Inga is truly an incredible woman. She is filled with so much love and compassion that leaving our daughter with her felt safe and easy from day one. Our daughter started with Inga just after she turned a year. At Inga's house she excelled both physically and socially. Everyday Inga takes children outside to play in the beautiful courtyard/ playground located inside the gated complex where she lives. During the day they read books, sings songs, and always seem to be learning something new whether it's about the solar system or farm animals! I have been so pleased with how my daughter's communication skills have thrived under Inga's care. She has quiet rooms where the kids nap and makes sure they are all well fed throughout the day. I have never had to worry about my daughter's needs being met because Inga has expert instincts when it comes to child care and many many years of practical experience. More than anything though it's her loving maternal nature that has impressed me the most. Her home is clean, safe and well equipped for children with loads of books and learning toys. I highly highly recommend Kids House with Inga.

We are so happy to have found Inga and her Kids House! Our son was previously in a nanny share and she made the transition to her home-based daycare as seamless as possible. He was on a consistent feeding and nap schedule which Inga was able to maintain and was happy to give feedback during the day and a little recap at the end of the day (which I was used to from the nanny). He has been eating well and napping great too at her home! Inga is caring, attentive and committed to doing developmental activities with the children. They regularly play outside, listen to music, dance, read books and play with age-appropriate toys. Her apartment building is ideal for a daycare setting - it has a wonderful outside play area that's basically a protected mini-park with a playground so they get lots of outdoor time. Inga has also been very flexible with her hours which is very appreciated for two full-time working parents. Our son now happily goes into Inga's arms in the morning and is always cheerful when we go to pick him up. I'd be happy to answer any questions for parents looking into her daycare.
