At The Lotus Method we aim to prepare people for the journey of motherhood by focusing on strengthening their pelvic floor and core through functional strength training, breath and alignment. We offer Virtual 1-on-1 Training sessions for individualized support and guidance with a focus on your goals and body’s needs. In addition to this, we offer Virtual Empowerment Classes that offer unique pre & postnatal workouts that are fit for your body and are done alongside a community of moms or moms-to-be. 


We’ve worked with thousands of people at every stage of motherhood whose journey’s range from feeling great and wanting to feel stronger to those who are experiencing pain/discomfort (low or upper back pain, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse etc.).

The Lotus Method is opening it’s fourth studio this March on Piedmont Ave. in the Easy Bay. I started with them when I was pregnant at the studio in SOMA near my office and plan to continue once the Piedmont studio is opening. You can bring your baby to the sessions. www.thelotusmethodsf.com

Congratulations on your birth! Hope recovery is going well. I've been working with Caitlin at The Lotus Method for two years now, pre- and post-partum. I had pretty significant physical issues post-partum, and she's been great about working with me to help strengthen my body. She's also given me great recommendations for physical therapy (Annemarie at Miracle PT  http://www.miraclept.com/) Caitlin's schedule might be tough to get into, but the other trainers are great, too. TLM currently has three locations in SF and they will be opening a location in the east bay in 2017. http://www.thelotusmethodsf.com/#the-lotus-method/pre/postnatal-fitness-.... It's not inexpensive but I think you get what you pay for here.
