I am proud to specialize in the support of self-identified women and girls, as well as their caregivers. I help girls and women show up more fully in their lives, with a stronger sense of self and a clear voice in the world. My approach is authentic, creative and tailored to the specific needs of each client, and I consider my commitment to providing culturally-responsive and gender-responsive care to be a cornerstone of my practice. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I offer "talk" therapy, expressive arts therapy and coaching.
