GirlVentures
GirlVentures is an outdoor program with multi-day, overnight summer expeditions, and after-school and weekend school year programs that combine adventure with social emotional learning for adolescent girls/gender-expansive youth. Programs provide opportunities for participants to find their place in nature, take healthy physical and emotional risks, voice their opinions, work through conflict, and realize their full potential. The experiences nurture their self-esteem, resilience, and leadership skills, while also ensuring access to, and stewardship of, the outdoors.
My daughter did the Girls Climb On program this past Fall and absolutely loved it! The staff and mentors were fantastic, and my kid learned a lot and felt very accomplished. We plan to sign up for more sessions in future.
https://www.girlventures.org/ is a summer program with focus on outdoors adventures, but also lots of self-reflection time. They offer various adventures, tied to various age groups, such as kayaking and backpacking. The camps go for about a week. Our daughter did this for 2 summers, and really liked the adventure and comraderie. It is just for girls, as the name implies, but they do also welcome trans girls.

Check out a wonderful program that empowers girls called; Girl Ventures. They have special 2-week programs each summer. She's at a perfect age for Project Challenge'' and there are wonderful young women that run the programs. www.girlventures.org
