Cara Goldstein Art Classes
I am a California Credentialed art teacher with over ten years experience. My focus is Cartooning, Creativity and Imagination Classes, and Teen Art Portfolio Development. My classes and workshops are at Live Oak Park through Berkeley Park and Recreation. We have NEW classes and camps being offered: Create Your Own Comic Book Class and Camp Ages 7-14, Teen Art Camp, and Creativity and Imagination Class and Camp Ages 7-14. I am an art teacher at Berkeley Unified School District and was awarded the Yale University National Teacher Fellow in 2010 and Fulbright-Hays Fellowship in 2014 to study art in China. My son needed an art portfolio to apply for Oak School of the Arts. He was in 6th grade, so different and also four years ago. We found Cara Goldstein and she was great at working with him one-on-one. There used to be a SF city class on the weekends on creating a portfolio, but working one-on-one with Cara was fabulous. We didn't know what we were doing and she did.
