Seeking sports-oriented chiropractor in Berkeley/El Cerrito area

I'm looking for recommendations for a chiropractor who uses an activator (my body doesn't respond well to the usual torquing, however gentle). Ideally, it would be someone who works with active people with old sports injuries, in the El Cerrito/Albany/Berkeley area. The recommendations in the archives are mostly very old. I appreciate your help!

In Oakland, but worth it: Dr. Marie Biek at Equilibrium Spinal Care. She uses an activator and practices NUCCA. She has helped me with many sports injuries.

I'm not an athlete but have an active lifestyle. I just started going to the Source Chiro in South Berkeley and find the adjustments effective to my back pain. They also seem to work quite a bit with active people including crossfitters. They have a YouTube channel.

Hi! I’ve been going to Prins Chiropractic in Solano Ave for three years. He is great and extremely knowledgeable, helping with a range of injuries.

Jessica Greaux at Innersport Chiropractic is amazing—she specializes in athletes and sports injuries and uses various modalities including activator and ART (I also don’t do so well with traditional adjustments and her style is very different and works well for my body). She also sends you home with great PT exercises and “homework” to get you better faster. Can’t recommended her highly enough!

She’s in El Cerrito

Hi! I absolutely love Laurie Klein on Grand Avenue in Oakland: https://www.lauriekleindivinealign.com/. She's been working with me to help me improve my posture and overall health. I'd never been to a chiropractor who does the "torquing" adjustments and was pretty fearful- so she has used the activator and other gentle techniques to meet my needs. Sports injuries, especially with runners, cyclists and snow sports are her jam. Her other demographic are  pregnant women, pre and postpartum. women’s over all health and wellbeing. She works with people of all genders to get them back in the saddle again into a healthy fitness routine as well as, supporting people to be more mindful of their posture and breathing. She does a lot more than adjusting, too- she does massage, stretching, strengthening exercises. I highly recommend her!
