Recommendation for marionette lines and nasolabial folds

Looking for recommendations to a facial plastic surgeon, RN or dermatologist who has a lot of experience working on marionette lines and nasolabial folds (laugh lines). Had some filler placed last year for the laugh lines by one of SF's "best" facial plastic surgeons and had a terrible experience which, I feel, has left me with more sagging and wrinkles that before. Really looking for someone with understanding of facial anatomy and an artist's hand.

If you're willing to travel to SF, Gail Humble is aces. I used to live in Beverly Hills, where the local vanity demanded good dermatologists, and I was spoiled. It took me a long time to find someone as gifted as the doctors there. After multiple positive experiences, I finally allowed her to do something terrifyingly delicate -- put filler under my eyes. The results are amazing.

She can do what you're describing, and will have suggestions of her own. What you want, done by the right person, will be expensive. It all depends on how far you want to go.

I trust Dr. Bradley A. Greene out of Portola Valley for my filler in my marionette and laugh lines. He has been in practice for years, has a great bedside manner and uses a fine touch so that all the filler injections look natural. He sees patients in Concord once a month and to SF often as well.
