Handrails for Front Steps

The front steps our home have recently been replaced and we need to have two new handrails installed. Our preference is for metal rather than wooden ones as they are more appropriate for the design of the house. We would appreciate recommendations from those who have had a good experience with a metal worker or company who specializes in such a project. Many thanks.

Jill Turman of Bella Ironworks in Alameda is who you want. We worked w her to create and install a metal handrail on the front steps of our 1920 Craftsman and we’re so happy with the result. Working with Jill was also easy. We appreciated her knowledge, advice and skill. You won’t be disappointed. Feel free to msg me if you’d like pics of what she created.

I used Mr. Handrail when I redid my front yard and steps last year (they were recommended by my landscape designer who'd worked with them frequently).  They were easy to work with and I'm happy with the results.  https://www.mrhandrail.com/

Larry created a beautiful handrail for my front steps. He is a true craftsman, a great listener, and offered me a variety of options that harmonized with the style of my classic Berkeley bungalow. His pricing was also very fair.
