Geriatric Specialist for Parent with Cognitive Issues

I'd love any recommendations of geriatric specialists, as I need to get my elderly parent lined up with one. They are experiencing cognitive and memory problems and needs a doctor who can assess for these issues. Open to practices in the East Bay, North Bay, or SF, insurance is Medicare.
