Family friendly Mexico vacation spot?
Hi all
We are looking to go to a Mexico beach vacation with our three year old and my parents in February. Would love a beach good for kids, and a smaller vibe that included meals. Anyone have any fave recommendations? Thank you!

I would look at the resorts that are part of the overall Mayakoba resort area. We have stayed at the Andaz and they have an all inclusive option. It’s really safe, they keep up on any seaweed issues, and the waters are calm.
Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta is a great option. Short flight (direct flight!), family friendly, good swimmable beach, all inclusive. But, their kids club is for 4 years and older. We love going to PV in Feb. because the weather is fantastic and not humid.
Club Med is great because they accept younger kids for kids club. However, I'm not aware of Club Med on the west coast that is as close to PV. We went to Club Med Cancun when our kid was 4 years old and we had a great time. We don't actually use kids club but the resort had a lot of activities for the family.
I don’t have any suggestions but would love to see what people say. Looking to take a Mexico beach vaca. I have family with a house in Cabo but not sure that’s the vibe we’re looking for. My husband and I loved Sayulita pre-babies (a LONG time ago) and we might look into that. It has a small-town vibe and I’m sure you can hire a chef at one of the rental properties. I do remember this being a good place to learn how to surf because of the gentle waves. The beach wasn’t the most stunning (not the white sand you see on the Carribean side) but the town is beautiful in its own way and full of charm. Curious to see what others suggest!
Our family has always enjoyed resorts that fall under the Villa del Palmar umbrella. The Loreto property is very quiet as there is hardly anything else in the area. We have also enjoyed the Villa del Arco in Cabo and the property in Puerto Vallarta. They have all inclusive options and self catering suites, plus nightly entertainment and kids clubs.
