Curly haircut for a toddler?

I am planning ahead for my two-year-old’s first haircut and seeking recommendations for someone anywhere in the East Bay who can do a “curly cut” on a small child. He has fine, but a lot of, curly hair. I am straight-haired myself but I think in curl lingo he has 3a, possibly 3b hair. 

We are looking to keep/emphasize his beautiful natural texture and not go too short. Thanks in advance!
