I was able to find appointments at CVS, but had to book a few weeks out.
It seems that most places only offer the new monovalent vaccine.
Just to clarify - last year's "bivalent booster" is no longer available. The new 2023-24 vaccine (which is not being labeled a booster and is not bivalent) is what is available now. I know a lot of places aren't doing kids, though.
I found it for our 3 year old and 6 month old at our local Sutter hospital in Castro valley. They also were offering it at some of their other locations around the Bay Area.
