Alaina is a holistic full-spectrum doula with four plus years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Known as a “safety blanket,” she provides emotional, mental, and physical support while creating a safe, nurturing space during labor. Alaina emphasizes the power of feminine energy, mindfulness, and trusting the body’s natural wisdom. And when the baby arrives, her role transitions into nurturing both of you during the tender postpartum period. She provides feeding support, diaper changes, establishes a sleep routine, and soothes the baby. She extends her love, knowledge, and skills to families who could benefit from that extra support during a transformative time. She also specializes in placenta encapsulation and herbalism.
