My name is Alaina, and I’m a holistic full-spectrum doula and the founder of Lovelee Birth Doula & Wellness Services. I’m currently offering postpartum night support for families in the East Bay area starting in September.

With a heart-centered approach, I provide gentle, nurturing care to both baby and parents so you can rest, recover, and feel truly supported during this sacred transition. I bring experience in infant care, feeding support, establishing a sleep routine, baby related household tasks, and emotional support for new parents. My services are rooted in compassion, holistic care, and a deep commitment to your well-being.
