My son has been at Bouchra’s Daycare for the last 12 months, since starting there at 2 months old. My husband and I feel so blessed to have found Bouchra, as she creates such a wonderful, loving environment for her small group of children. (Bouchra takes care of young children, and normally has 3 or 4 children in her care.) Based on other BPN reviews and our first visit, we were instantly comfortable and knew that this would be a wonderful place for our son to grow and thrive. During the past year, all of our initial impressions were confirmed, as we watched our son grow into a loving toddler who is so happy to see Bouchra, her husband, and the other children.
Bouchra’s daycare space has everything a baby or toddler could want. The lighting is wonderful and there is a great array of toys and books. Bouchra serves the kids a wide variety of tasty, healthy foods and the great smells in her kitchen often make me wish I was staying for lunch. Additionally, Bouchra’s house is just a two minute walk from the El Cerrito Plaza BART station, which is a wonderful convenience for many families.
Bouchra is very supportive of the families in her care, and is extremely communicative. I wholeheartedly recommend her daycare.

My daughter has been in pre-school for almost a year now, but she still talks about Bouchra (and "Baba" Najib) all the time. They are very special people-- so much nurturing and unconditional love for babies, toddlers, kids. Very organized, professional, consistent, and convenient too. She's a block from the Plaza BART station.
I highly recommend BB's Daycare! Bouchra is the most loving, nurturing, wonderful provider. Even after my daughter started school, she always asked to go back there for daycare instead of summer camps. BB's is a home-based daycare, one block from the El Cerrito Plaza BART station. Our daughter was 4 months old when she started attending Bouchra’s Daycare. Initially I was nervous to leave my baby with someone other than family, but that fear quickly disappeared. Bouchra is absolutely wonderful with my daughter. Bouchra and her husband Najib treat my daughter and the other children like they would their own, they are very loving and caring and attentive to their needs. Bouchra is also great at communicating about my daughter’s day. The daycare has a wonderful play space in the backyard. The entire 1st floor of the house is the daycare, while they live upstairs. There is a spacious living room with age appropriate toys and lots of books. The dining area has high chairs and a cute little table for the older kids for eating and coloring. We are very, very fortunate to have gotten an opening at Bouchra’s Daycare and highly recommend it. Added bonus – it’s walking distance from the El Cerrito Plaza BART station.

I'd like to recommend a wonderful home based daycare to the BPN community, Bouchra's Daycare in El Cerrito. Bouchra is amazing with children, caring, organized, kind, very engaged, and a fantastic chef. My 17 month old son has been with Bouchra since January and he loves Bouchra and her husband Najib, and his daycare friends. She has an opening in her small (4 children under 2) daycare starting in July.

I highly recommend Bouchra Benlamine's daycare. This is a small home daycare, with an opening in May and another in July, for children ages 0-3. She is conveniently located by El Cerrito Plaza BART, and her hours are 7:30-5:30. Her telephone number is 510-541-9239. I would like to recommend a fantastic Daycare Provider, Bouchra Benlamine. Both my children attended her daycare and absolutely love her. Bouchra provides a loving, nurturing environment for the children. She cooks great meals and provides a range of age-appropriate activities. She also does an outstanding job of communicating with parents about their child's day. I remember when my younger daughter was a toddler at Bouchra's, she would come home singing songs from Circle Time and happily talking about her friends. Bouchra is also great with babies- she is supportive of your parenting choices and dietary needs. Choosing a daycare is a big decision, it's wonderful to find someone you can trust to take good care of your child. Hello Parents, I offer my highest recommendation for BB Daycare in Richmond near El Cerrito. They offer lots of FUN in a clean and safe, home based, family daycare with large indoor and outdoor play areas and separate sleeping room. Meals provided include breakfast, lunch and two snacks. BB Daycare is currently enrolling children ages 3 months to 3 years. Both of my sons were cared for at BB and the youngest one is wrapping up his time there and starting preschool soon. I am so grateful to have found BB during my transition back to full time work, as I could not have asked for a more perfect situation. Bouchra and her husband do activities including play dough, circle time, songs, puzzles, painting, and cooking and also work on manners and social skills. BB's Daycare is a wonderful daycare for infants and toddlers. It is run by Bouchra Benlamine in her home. Both my children have attended there, and have benefited from the nurturing and loving environment offered. Another reason I chose this daycare is because while it has the comfort of a home-based daycare, it also offers a much larger indoor and outdoor space for the children than any other home-based daycares I found. My two-year old is so excited when I tell her it's a day to go to Bouchra's. She comes home singing songs from circle time and telling me about her friends. Bouchra is also amazing with babies- she is supportive of your parenting choices and dietary needs. She cooks wonderful food for the kids each day, and is always happy to tell you about your child's day. Bouchra is originally from Morocco and speaks English, French and Arabic. If you are seeking a friendly, nurturing, fun, safe and wonderful family day care for your child, BB Daycare may be just the right place for you. My younger son is there now and my older son went to BB for 3 1/2 years. They currently have openings for babies and toddlers. They have a large, clean space with lots of toys and also have separate eating and sleeping rooms. There is a great backyard with lots of play equipment and a jungle gym. They provide breakfast, lunch and two snacks. Bouchra and her husband are very sweet with the children and will work with the parents on potty training, discipline, and any other needs the children have. BB Daycare, located in Richmond just a stone's throw from El Cerrito,, near Barrett and San Pablo Avenue, has openings. This amazing daycare is run by two of the most warm and loving people I know, Bouchra and Najib. My 18 month old daughter has been there for a year and I cannot say enough about our experience there. I have always felt incredibly safe knowing that Bouchra and Najib are caring for my children. Their large home is perfect for the daycare, with a huge backyard and a great play structure. Meals are home cooked, with plenty of fruits and vegetables at every meal. They goes out of her way to make sure that the children have what they need. Hello parents, I am writing to recommend BB Daycare which has full-time openings for an infant or toddler. This home based daycare provides a loving, fun and nurturing environment. My younger son is currently at BB and my oldest was cared for there from the time he was a baby until he started preschool last fall. They offer large indoor and outdoor play areas, separate nap room, home cooked breakfast and lunch as well as two snacks. Bouchra and her husband Najib run this wonderful daycare in their spacious and very child-friendly home in Richmond, near San Pablo and Barrett Ave. They currently have full time openings for infants and toddlers. It is with great pleasure that I recommend this daycare. Both of my children have been lovingly cared for by Bouchra and Najib over the past 4+ years, and I trust them immensely! I write to recommend BB Day Care to anyone looking for a wonderful, comfortable home-based daycare for their child. My 15 month old son is there now and my older son just “graduated” to preschool last Fall. The owners, Bouchra and her husband Najib, demonstrate loving care for the children. Some of the great features are the large play areas (indoor and outdoor), separate nap area, and home cooked meals including breakfast, lunch and two snacks. They do lots of special things like birthday parties, have the children do art work, and learn their numbers and letters. They also take pictures of the kids to put up around the day care and to give to the parents so we can see them having fun while we are at work missing them. Their care for the children is also evident when they call to check on my son if he has to stay home sick or if we are late in the morning. BB Daycare in the Richmond/El Cerrito area has openings. This is a wonderful daycare run by two amazing people who care deeply for the children. I cannot say enough about BB daycare. I have always felt incredibly safe knowing that Bouchra and Najib are caring for my children. Their large home is perfect for the daycare, with a huge backyard and a terrific play structure. The children have ample space in which to play and run. Meals are home cooked, and Bouchra always makes sure that the kids have plenty of fruits and vegetables at every meal. She is sensitive to parents' wishes and concerns about their children's diets and goes out of her way to make sure that the children have what they need. Our daughter's wonderful Large Family Daycare, BB's Daycare, currently has openings for children aged 2 years and up. My daughter has attended for almost 2 years, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. They are a husband and wife team, who are extremely committed to creating a loving and nurturing environment for all the children. They have large indoor and outdoor areas for play- much more spacious than other home-based daycares I considered for my daughter. They cook wonderful meals for the children and provide a range of age-appropriate activities. They also do a fantastic job of communicating with parents about their child's day- from what they ate, to their activities, or what may have been a challenge for your child that day. It's wonderful to be able to place such trust in others to take good care of your child and to know that they truly care for him or her. They do lots of special things like arrange birthday parties, have the children do art work, and learn their numbers and letters. They also take pictures of the kids to put up around the day care and to give to the parents. When my son was a baby and it was hard to leave him at daycare, it really helped having the pictures of him enjoying himself during the day. Bouchra"s care for the children is also evident when she calls to check on my son if he has to stay home sick or if we are late. I would like to recommend BB's Daycare. My daughter has been at BB's since September 2005 and has thrived there. Bouchra and Najib provide a loving, nurturing, fun and healthy atmosphere for the kids. Often, on weekends, my daughter will ask to go there and will be disappointed when told that she has to wait until Monday. The other families who use BB's daycare are connected, loving and communicative too. BB's has a homey feel, and they work very hard to nourish and encourage each child's distinct personality. I want to enthusiastically recommend BB's Daycare. It is a large family daycare located in Richmond, near El Cerrito. My two year old daughter has attended for about nine months, and she is SO happy there. They currently have an opening for a 2 yr old, and they may have a few more openings in the fall. The daycare is run by Bouchra and Najib, a husband-and-wife team who are loving and nurturing to all the children. They consistently go above and beyond to make the children feel loved and respected. They have a large indoor playroom and a spacious backyard with a play structure and lots of outdoor toys. I take such comfort in knowing that my daughter is eager to go to daycare every day, and that while she's there that she is learning and socializing with other children. BB Daycare has immediate openings for ages 0-3 in the Richmond/El Cerrito area. I have been very happy with their care for my two sons, ages 3 and 1, for the past 1.5 years. We are all very sad to be leaving next month- we are moving out of the area. BB and her husband care for the children in a safe, warm environment in their home. They provide nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks. The kids also have a nice big yard to enjoy when the weather is good. My boys really love it there and we are going to miss them. I highly recommend BB Daycare.

I wanted to recommend an excellent daycare in the Richmond/El Cerrito area. BB Daycare has 2 openings for children 0-3 months of age. My two boys, a 3 year old and an 11 month love it at BB Daycare. It is run by a very responsible couple who love children and have 2 boys of their own. They provide warm nutritious meals and snacks. Their home also has a big, nice yard where the kids can play. It is wonderful knowing that my kids will get great care while I am at work. My 11 month old who is at the separation anxiety stage never cries when I drop him off. I highly recommend BB Daycare. I am pleased to recommend BB's Day Care! Bouchra and her husband, Najib, have cared for my daughter for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. They provide an incredibly loving and warm environment for all of the children. Bouchra prepares homemade, healthy meals and always makes sure that fruits and veggies are included. She is understanding of each child's individual needs and the parents' desires and preferences. They have an amazing home with a terrific backyard all set up for the childern.
