Hello! I would love to recommendations for Kaiser Physicians or a Naturopath or Holistic who specializes in women's issues, particularly providing treatment for Perimenopause and Menopause.

Hello,

I have recently started working with Dr. Pearlyn Goodman-Herrick. She is a naturopathic doctor who specializes in women's health. She has been wonderful and very thorough. Her remedy's so far have been bountiful and working very well.

I highly recommend her.

You likely need a naturopath - I'm not sure Kaiser aligns with what you are looking for (been there, done that). I've found the podcast/books of Dr. Louise Newson VERY helpful in terms of issues with perimenopause/menopause symptoms as well. You're singing to the choir sister! We're all out here looking for the same things I think - good luck!
