Tile shop for a fast, affordable renovation?
Hi there -
I have a rental unit and planning a quick kitchen and bath refresh but I am designing remotely at the moment.
Looking for a tile shop with A) In-stock or short lead time tile for floor and walls B) Reasonable prices C) Helpful staff that can help me even though I can't be there in person?
Also planning on doing kitchen cabinets, appliances and plumbing fixtures with Sincere Home Decor based on other posts I have read here but open to other suggestions.

We've had great luck with Tileshop in Berkeley across several projects over the years. They have a solid collection of in-stock options and when we had to make an eleventh hour switch from a big box tile that was failing during a recent project, they had plenty of warehouse stock to fill our order on the spot. For plumbing I prefer Rubenstein to Sincere but they do stock some different brands, so may depend on what you're looking for. I find Sincere best if you can go in person to look--their website isn't great, and their pricing is hit or miss.
