Seeking personal trainer with dance background

I'm looking for a personal trainer in the Berkeley/Albany/El Cerrito/Richmond area with a significant dance background (many of my goals are dance-related and I'd like help with strengthening feet, ankles, etc). It would also be great if they have experience helping people work through problems created by old injuries. A physical therapist would also be great, but I need help with overall programming rather than with treating something specific. Please send recommendations to elcerritomom [at] gmail.com. Thank you!

Coach Evee at IBX Fitness in Albany is a dancer. She may offer personal training, but if not, class sizes at IBX are only up to 14 people at once and they get to know you really well, give a ton of individual attention, and give tips to cater moves to your individual goals, so I imagine she could be really helpful for you. If you end up joining, I’d love for you to tell them Britta referred you :)

Brandee teaches dance, has motion classes and private I've worked with her privates and in groups.

Jordan at Anytime Fitness on Solano Ave. in Berkeley is a dancer and a wonderful fitness teacher--group classes, personal training, Pilates--she does it all and is such a pleasure to work with. You may have to belong to Anytime Fitness to train with her, but I also highly recommend the gym. I've found it to be a very supportive, inclusive place, and I love the group fitness classes.
