Our daughter's wonderful daycare provider, Sara Chinchilla, has openings for full-time care. Our 15-month old has been with Sara for the past 8+ months, and absolutely LOVES it! Sara is warm, caring, and fun. Our daughter gives her a great big hug in the mornings and some days she wants to stay and keep playing even when we come to pick her up! Sara provides a stimulating environment with a large playroom in her house dedicated to the daycare, full of enriching toys and music. She also has a yard for outdoor play and prepares nutritious meals for the kids. She is licensed, CPR, and first-aid certified. She also provides before- and after-school care for older kids. Sara is English/Spanish bilingual and has a full-time helper. Not a bad drive from Berkeley (where we live) or Albany and very close to El Cerrito. Very reasonable rates, open 7:30-5:30.
