As a teacher I wanted the
best,loving,fun,exiting care for my son
lucas (2yrs) basically a home away from
home. I found this with gloria at the little
architect daycare. Lucas always have a
smile in his face every morning when I
drop him off and when I pick him up. she is
very flexible when it comes to drop off and
pick up. Another pisitive aspect with gloria
is that she makes lunch and snack for the
children every day! And that is a big plus.
Lucas have learn so many things from
speaking italien to counting to 10! I really
recomend this daycare for the parent that
is looking for a daycare that is fabolous and
dosent make you feel bad going to work!
gloria is great!!

My son Victor started going to Gloria's Day Care when he was 4 months Old (he is now 2 years). He absolutely loves going there it is like his second home. He is so happy there that sometimes he does not want to come home. They do a wonderful job at teaching him everything from the ABC's to colors, songs and good manners. His vocabulary is incredible and he is saying ''Please, Excuse Me and Sorry''. I can't say enough good things about Gloria's Day Care. They helped me so much when Victor had very bad reflux problems and was in a harness to correct his hip dysplasia. He eats healthy fresh home cooked meals everyday, and thank to them he loves his vegetables. When I drop him off to go to work every morning I am sure he is getting the best care in a loving and fun environment with the best people.Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. For daycare for children under 2.5 years old, I strongly recommend Gloria's Daycare, which is located on College, just off Parker. It's a family-run daycare, with Gloria (the mom), Gabriela (the daughter), Felipe (the father, also a professor at Berkeley), and the grandmother helping out sometimes as well. They are a very loving family, speaking Italian, Spanish, and English. My children started going there when they were 4 months old, and they both adore Gloria and her family. Gloria's prices are very reasonable, she provides homecooked Italian meals for lunch (included in the price), and most importantly, she is a loving and kind caretaker. She charges $40/day for infants and $35/day for older children. She can be reached at: 548-7733. Please feel free to email me if you want more information. Patricia
