If you are pregnant and experiencing sleep difficulties, you are not alone! We want to find out if an online program can improve sleep and mood during pregnancy.

Cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia is an effective program for improving sleep. In order to make this program more widely available, researchers have recently made it into an online program. The online version that we are studying is called Sleepio. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of Sleepio to Usual Care for pregnant women. This study does not use medication.
