Tinycare is a business that creates childcare "microcenters" -- daycares at the home of the childcare provider with a capacity of 6-8 children. Tinycare also offers services to parents wanting to set up pods for children under 5, providing teachers and curricula. However the licensing status of these pods is unclear, so BPN does not accept posts about them.
