NannieShare is a community of parents who are looking to share care. We offer a very convenient map which shows parents around you and how old their children are to find the right fit.

When you found one or two other families for your share, NannieShare sends you a curated list of nanny recommendations (nannies who have been recommended by other parents). 

You can then set up a share agreement and pay your nanny directly on the platform in proportion of how many hours of care you use.
