Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. In addition to the 10-day residential Vipassana courses for adults, there are also occasional one-day meditation courses for children ages 8 to 15. In these courses, children learn to observe the natural breath through the practice of Anapana meditation. These course consists of short meditation sessions interspersed with story-telling, play, and community-building games.  Many young people report enjoying their Anapana course experience and understanding how they can apply the meditation in everyday life.
