I offer professional educational services for students who want to excel in their reading comprehension and analytical writing skills.  With a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley and years of teaching experience at the UC campuses, I offer a personalized educational experience that is unique, tailored to the individual student’s talents and goals.

My services include small-class size SAT prep, expert guidance in the college admission process, and academic advising both in high school and beyond. In addition, I instruct students in writing essays for demanding AP English and history classes. I also offer comprehensive college admission essay coaching.  As the college application process becomes ever more competitive, a winning essay is now a vital key to admission.
