Check out Point Richmond Family Practice- prfamilypractice.com. Dr Jane Himmelvo is the type GP I have been looking for since I arrived in the Bay Area 10 years ago! I can't say enough good things about her. She is warm, caring and a very good listener. A mom herself, she treats me, my husband and my three kids under the age of 7. Her staff are friendly and efficient and her office is clean and beautifully designed. It is truly a one stop shop as she does her own lab work AND dispenses prescriptions; a real lifesaver when you have kids! She even makes house calls! If you are not familiar with Point Richmond, it is a very quaint ''village'' type town just off 580 before you cross the Richmond-San Rafael bridge. Elizabeth
