Winds Across the Bay is a Concert band for young musicians who wish to become highly-skilled players.The Minor band is for musicians with one year of band experience. RE: Clarinet teacher for our son
I would highly recommend Winds Across the Bay: www.windsacrossthebay.org. My middle-schooler started with the low-stress, no-audition summer program and enjoyed it so much that he auditioned for the regular school year group. It is a community band for mostly middle- plus some high- schoolers and rehearses at De Anza High School on Tuesday evenings. The director is really great. I found out about it thru BPN!
