Drawing is the language of children and is excellent for staying in the moment and relaxing. Drawing is the basis of painting. First, we work in line with different pencils and move on to drawing face from full, profile and 3/4 view. Then we graduate to shading with pencil and charcoal. Classes last an hour and are sold in blocks of five classes for $100. Eventually we go to drawing the hand including the palm and some cartooning. All along we are learning to appreciate art in terms of musicians lives, writers lives and of course painters' lives. I love these classes and am always open to your ideas and suggestions.
