What do Tutors charge?
I'm thinking of offering tutoring services, tutoring help with reading and writing, but am not sure what tutors charge. Any input appreciated.

In my view, this is sort of like asking what restaurants charge: there is a *very* wide range, ranging from those who volunteer to those who charge like attorneys.
You don't say much about your qualifications. In my experience, a teenager who is good at a subject might charge $15/hour. A professional with teaching experience would probably start at $30/hour. Advanced math tutors charge more as they are harder to come by, somewhere in the range of $50/hr or more.
