Virtual Mandarin tutor

My 12 year old daughter is interested in learning Mandarin and would like to work virtually with a tutor based in China.  I'm seeking recommendations of individuals or services that pair teens with Chinese language teachers, focused on conversation and some character formation.

If you end up deciding on someone in the US, I can highly recommend Jasmine Cheng.  She's a UC Davis student who has been tutoring my daughter virtually for the last year.  My daughter recently tested into the second year of mandarin at BHS after working with Jasimine weekly.  You can find her on yelp.

You can request a 55 minutes tryout LingoAce.  I found them via YouTube ad.  My son almost turned 11 and have been using LingoAce like 6 months ago.  The cost is around $30 per session (55 minutes).  Overall I am happy with them since they teach pinyin like phonetic.  The only downside is you have to buy a whole year of sessions like I have done so ($1500).  Good luck!
