Viola teacher for a beginner?

Hello!  My kiddo is interested in learning to play the viola. Do you have recommendations for someone who can teach the basics to a beginner?

Hello,

I highly recommend Rebecca Reed-Lunn, who is the director of the community music program at the Crowden School. My children take violin with her, but she also teaches viola. She is a highly gifted teacher, especially with young children. My kids were aged 3 and 4 when they began, and she was able to teach them the necessary skills (posture, fingering, intonation) with creativity and care.

KC Still is excellent! She plays and teaches viola and violin. She has been my daughter’s violin teacher for many years. KC is kind, encouraging, enthusiastic, and fun while teaching proper technique, etc. My daughter loves working with her. We highly recommend her.  http://kcstill.com
