there’s a great teen yoga class on piedmont avenue at the oakland yoga studio. it meets once a week. the teacher’s name is Shanna Dew. she’s terrific and really gets teenagers. her email is shannadew [at] gmail.com. think she has website too. maybe try www.shannadew.com or do a web search
