Social Stories for 3yo on the spectrum?

Hi, my son is a high functioning 3 year old on the autism spectrum (Asperger's). We're looking at ways to improve his social skills -- he often gets too close to other children, or will start talking loudly, and misses cues from other kids who may not want him in their personal space.

I recently learned about "social stories". Was wondering if anyone here has come across good examples for children with high functioning autism?

Thanks!

I think Social Stories are used to familiarize a child with a new experience they will encounter. For example, going to the doctor. Here's an example: https://paautism.org/resource/going-to-the-doctor-social-story/

I have 2 daughters with high functioning ASD aka aspergers. Check out the website teacherspayteachers! They have a ton of things for the classroom and a lot of great social stories! I've bought many of the years for different situations! Let me know if you have any other questions. It's a road I am very familiar with. Cheers!
