Installing a washer/dryer upstairs

we are interested in installing a washer/dryer on the top floor our our house where the bedrooms are. Although there is a water source upstairs, we will need someone to build out the space for the machines, and install them. Can anyone recommend a contractor? And, any words of caution about or firsthand experience with an upstairs washer/dryer installation?

My washing machine was moved from the basement to the first floor. I had to reinforce the floor (from below) because of the horrible vibration from the washing machine's spin cycle. (My old Asko washing machine spun at 1,600 RPM, but even our new LG's 1,200 RPM spin cycle is annoying.)
