Seeking 2025 Prenatal Yoga Classes on Weekends
Hello! I'm looking for consistently attending prenatal classes. Does anyone know of a weekend prenatal yoga class in Bekeley, Emeryville, Oakland, or Albany? Unfortunately I work and have pick-up duty for my first kid, so weekday classes are not great options for me. Thank you!

I highly recommend Leonora Willis. She is an amazing teacher and also super experienced doula and birth worker. Her space is on Grand Ave in Oakland and she has a Sunday morning prenatal class. There is a wonderful community of expecting moms that Leonora fosters, many of whom come back to her postpartum classes. I took prenatal yoga with her during both of my pregnancies and it was consistently excellent.
Hi- congrats! Vita Oakland, on College Ave, has a Sunday prenatal yoga class. I really have enjoyed the studio.
Daughter of Samoa on Grand Ave in Oakland has a Sunday prenatal class (& a weekday evening class). I went religiously from 24 weeks through birth (& now go to her postnatal classes). Highly, highly recommend; she structures the class to address the issues folks bring to each session, and strikes a great balance between gentle, meditative work and labor preparation (which was sometimes quite challenging, but which I think absolutely helped me push for only 40 minutes as a first time mom).
Annemaria is the best! She offers prenatal yoga as well as postpartum recovery classes. I went to her Saturday class for most of my pregnancy. https://www.annemariayoga.com/
I loved my prenatal yoga classes at the Breathing Room in Alameda (Sundays at 12:30). Best of luck to you!
Green Yogi on MLK has a Sunday morning prenatal class that I have loved going to almost all of my second and third trimester. I wish I had started going sooner. The teacher, Daniella, is fabulous.
Leonora Willis! Her practice is called Daughter of Samoa. She’s the best. She does post natal classes too when the time comes and you can bring your baby!
