Resizing Rings - Where should I go?

Resizing rings - where should I go? I recently inherited a large amount of rings from a relative who passed. Some of the rings are valuable, while others are beautiful, but costume. Unfortunately all the rings are too small in size for my fingers. I am looking to enlarge the rings to fit my fingers.   Does anyone have a recommendation where to go... and if jewelers will even resize costume jewelry that aren't made with real gold or silver. And If anyone knows what it generally costs, that would be helpful too. Thanks.
