RECOMMENDATION FOR MD OR CLINICIAN FOR EAR PIERCING

I'm looking for a medical doctor or other medical clinician who does ear piercing. I don't want to go to a Tattoo/Piercing salon because they charge way too much money for this service. I used to have pierced ears for most of my life, but recently stopped wearing earrings for about 2 weeks because I was sick, and the holes in my ears closed so I want to get them pierced again. I also want to have a numbing medication used when getting my ears pierced.
