Personal Trainer for Older Adult

I'm looking for recommendations of a personal trainer who would be sensitive to the needs and limitations of an older body that is getting a bit creaky and needs strengthening along with some focused guidance on exercising. Thanks for your help!

Hello, reach out to Susan at Urban agility in Oakland. She is great with all ages, skill levels, injuries etc.. I don’t do personal training with her, but I attend her group classes where there are a handful of grandparents and older people. She is very attentive and modifies workouts to suit their needs

I work with Jesse Lezama, and he has some older clients that he works with. He's very aware of people's limitations, and doesn't try to get you to do things you are incapable of doing. He has a gym he runs out of his backyard, which comes with the added bonus of a very cute dog who works out with you!

Hi there! I love working with Nati Oron (aka PilateNati). She was a pilates trainer who added strength training to her arsenal. She offers both pilates and strength training (individually and in group settings) and is a great fit for older adults because of her understanding of the need for solid core strength and balance.
