Personal trainer for a 70yo

I'm hoping to build strength and endurance, etc. After a bicycle accident in June I've been very careful (read: lazy). Need to find someone positive and encouraging for a 70-year-old.

Send me a message if you’d like the contact info for my mom’s trainer (I don’t want to publish her info publicly without asking). She works with my 70 year old mom at my mom’s home in Berkeley, and has been a great help in building strength and balance, and tailoring the workouts to what my mom wants to work on.

Hi there, I'd recommend Drew Van Zee (drewvzee [dot] [com]). He's a personal trainer who uses a Z Health approach which in addition to the physical training emphasizes brain based tools to improve balance and strength and reduce pain. He's very encouraging and works with a lot of adults in the 60-80+ range.
