New window or skylight costs
Hi all. We have a bathroom that can get stuffy, even though it has an exhaust fan, and we are wondering if installing a window or a skylight might help with airflow. There are several questions to guide the decision. What is the ballpark for installation cost? Do you recommend a window or a skylight, pros/cons? Any other considerations? Also if there is a contractor you would recommend I would appreciate that.

We installed a solar electric skylight that opens and closes by remote. It also has a sensor that closes the skylight if it starts to rain. It's great! You can also get a tax deduction on the cost of the skylight and the installation. Look into Velux Fresh Air Skylights and also search for Skylight tax credit. We used JMDD Construction: 510.710.4919
