Need diet coach

I don’t need a program—— I know what  works for me to lose weight .   But I do want help in reaching goals.   Is there any such person out there?

thanks for any suggestions or recommendations!

I recommend Vida health. It's an app with a coaching program. You get a coach (a real live person -- some apps give you AI coaching via text message/chat) that you talk with once per week to set goals, review goal progress and discuss approaches and difficulties. You can also message your coach between weekly calls. Vida is broader than weight loss -- includes coaching for exercise, nutrition, smoking cessation, stress/mindfulness, medical conditions -- pretty much anything health related. The app can be used to track progress, set reminders, review tips. I worked with a coach on two different occasions when I needed some extra help with reaching health goals, and I found it really helpful. You can sign up for month-to-month, or get discounts for committing/paying for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months at a time. But do keep track of which day you signed up, as it re-ups automatically when the time ends so you'll need to be attentive to when to cancel after you've reached your goals (or decide you no longer need/want coaching). Oh, and after you get matched with a coach based on your preferences, you can always request a different coach if it's not great -- I did this one time when I was working with a coach whose approach wasn't what I most needed at the time (though I realized was what I had asked for - my bad) and got matched to a coach who really worked out well and helped me reach my goals.

Born Fitness offers this kind of service. https://www.bornfitness.com/coaching/ I have not used it, however I have been following their blog for many years and I think they have a very sensible, evidence-based approach to diet, nutrition and fitness.
