What is the pay rate for experienced nannies in the bay area that are a share. Most of the postings are from last year and I know it’s gone up.

BPN has just published the results of the nanny survey we did in November. The average pay for a nanny caring for two children is $25.38 an hour -- $12.69 an hour for each child.
