Looking for meal prep and serving help

We're planning a large party at a regional park and want help setting up the meal, handling the BBQ and managing the clean up. We're trying to keep costs down so will have prepared salads, hot dogs and hamburgers, and other stuff. But would like to focus on the guests versus the food. Does anyone have recommendations for people that could help out in that capacity? Thanks so much!
