Looking to hire responsible older teen for project assistance

I’d love to offer a little summer employment to an older teen but I’m afraid I’m a little late to the game. It’s more of a marketing and project assistance thing vs. yard work, so I would need someone who is project oriented and has time. Any ideas as to where to start?
