Looking for garden care 1-2 times monthly in N Berkeley Hills

I haven't found many options for this -- I love to do my own gardening but have really started to run out of time over the past year. I'm looking for someone that can do weeding, deadheading, trim back small trees and larger ornamental grasses in the winter, and keep any eye on the irrigation. I hope to find someone that is knowledgeable about plants, not a 'blow and mow' person. I also don't speak enough Spanish to communicate effectively, so I would like someone that can speak about gardening in English with me. Do you have someone that you love who cares for your garden like this? Many thanks for any recommendations!
