Looking for family law attorney for child support recalculation
The past posts are all 10+ years old. Looking to recalculate child support with my child's other parent due to job changes, family size growing etc. We were never married. Preferably in the east bay. Thanks!

Your local county child support office can perform this service if you don’t already have a case open with them. Submit an application and request to “modify” your child support order. The caseworkers in the department would do the recalculation after all necessary documents are submitted. The paperwork would then be reviewed by one of the department attorneys before it gets filed.
